To participate in the California State Fair Cannabis Awards, please follow the instructions below. The sample submission window spans from March 11 to May 17, 2024. Gold and Silver Medalists will be announced in June, while the “Best of California” Golden Bear trophy winners announced at the opening of the CA State Fair in Sacramento—July 12–28, 2024.

If you haven’t tested with SC Labs before, follow these easy steps to get set up and enter the contest:
If you are an existing SC Labs client, entering the California State Fair Cannabis Awards (CSFCA) is easy. During the submission window (March. 11, 2024 to May 17, 2024), visit the California State Fair Cannabis Awards website and click the Enter Competition button. From there, you can select Register Now to start submitting your samples. Be sure to have your COAs handy, which you can download in the CSP.

First, we will review all of our services with you and identify the best option(s) to meet your business needs. Please submit the form above to ensure we have all of the necessary details to get you started.
Second, we’ll sign a mutual agreement and get you set up with a new account in our Client Service Portal (CSP). The CSP makes it easy to submit samples, access data, and connect with our dedicated customer service team.
Third, use the Client Service Portal to submit a sample request for testing. Other features include the ability to view, download, and print your certificate of analysis (COA) report. With the CSP, all of your lab data is available in one convenient and secure location.
