It’s understandable that some feel like they’re in a state of limbo, wondering what they can do, what to avoid, and how to address certain needs. Gov. Gavin Newsom’s March 19 announcement ordering non-essential businesses close and for residents to stay home except for a handful of reasons (grocery shopping, healthcare, etc) added to that uncertainty.
