Step 1: Connect
First, we will review all of our services with you and identify the best option(s) to meet your business needs. Please submit the form above to ensure we have all of the necessary details to get you started.

Step 2: Submit
Second, we’ll sign a mutual agreement and get you set up with a new account in our Client Service Portal (CSP). The CSP makes it easy to submit samples, access data, and connect with our dedicated customer service team.

Step 3: Report
Third, use the Client Service Portal to submit a sample request for testing. Other features include the ability to view, download, and print your certificate of analysis (COA) report. With the CSP, all of your lab data is available in one convenient and secure location.
