How to enter

To participate in the California State Fair Cannabis Awards, please follow the instructions below. The sample submission window spans from Jan. 18, 2023 to April 30, 2023, and award winners will be announced in June 2023.

New to SC Labs

If you haven’t tested with SC Labs before, here is our easy, five-step process to get set up and enter the contest:

  1. Fill out the contact form below
  2. Provide a copy of your license
  3. Sign Master Testing Agreement (MTA)
  4. Complete onboarding that includes access and training to use our Client Service Portal (CSP)
  5. Log into the CSP, and submit your sample(s) during the submission window

Existing Clients

If you are an existing SC Labs client, entering the California State Fair Cannabis Awards (CSFCA) is easy. During the submission window (Jan. 18, 2023 to April 30, 2023), simply log into the Client Service Portal, click on Submit Sample in the dashboard, then choose the California State Fair option. You’ll need to enter a division and complete your compliance testing request as usual, it’s that easy!

Step 1: Connect

First, we will review all of our services with you and identify the best option(s) to meet your business needs. Please submit the form above to ensure we have all of the necessary details to get you started.

Step 2: Submit

Second, we’ll sign a mutual agreement and get you set up with a new account in our Client Service Portal (CSP). The CSP makes it easy to submit samples, access data, and connect with our dedicated customer service team.

Step 3: Report

Third, use the Client Service Portal to submit a sample request for testing. Other features include the ability to view, download, and print your certificate of analysis (COA) report. With the CSP, all of your lab data is available in one convenient and secure location.
